Question
Good-day,
I have a question to ask and lt goes like this. How many days after my period can I start ovulating and possibly get pregnant because I don't seem to count my days properly anymore? I would be very happy lf my question is answered to my own understanding. I also wish to hear more from you in the soonest future. Thanks

Answer
Dear Favour Baby,
Your question cannot be answered because you first need to learn how to interpret your own cycle day by day. Every woman's cycle is uniquely her own and each woman must learn how to interpret her own days of fertility and infertility as well as know when she is ovulating.
The goals of Natural Family Planning are to give you day by day knowledge of your fertility so that you can plan your family as well as give you information to monitor and maintain your reproductive health. In other words, just how to take very good care of yourself in preparation for being a mother.
