Question

I am about to lose my husband because of my spontaneous mood swings. What can I do?
Bonnie

Answer

Dear Bonnie,
You do not provide much information as to the nature of your mood swings. It sounds like they are affecting the quality of your life, and so you really need to pursue an evaluation. If the mood swings are cyclical, they are probably hormonally induced, and we have had great success with dramatic improvement by evaluating and treating with cooperative hormone therapies. We have a list of doctors on our website who are very experienced in this problem. They would want you to chart your cycles, so they can accurately evaluate what the problem is. Please do not hesitate to call us on our toll free line, as it does sound like you are in urgent need of assistance in addressing this. The number is 1-877-33-CANFP and I will be happy to discuss this with you further.
